The courier company didn't receive the bed, really poor communication. Terrible company.
Update - Happybeds flag every bad review as 'inauthentic' which requires the reviewer to upload documents within 48 hours. I'll happily do this, but does explain why every second review isn't terrible.
Ordered a bed and mattress. Happy with quality of bed, however mattress quality leaves a lot to be desired for, for the cost. Had problem after problem trying to resolve. Be aware Happy Beds purchase from a 3rd party and expect the 3rd party to resolve. When not resolved adequately you will find they’ll not take responsibility. A shame because the beds perfect for little one and good price.

Was contacted by HappyBeds to let me know they could deliver my order (much) earlier than expected, but as I could not pick up the phone, asked to communicate via email instead. Jack was very helpful in sorting this out for me, appreciated his help very much.
We purchased a daybed on Happybeds in 2019 - Grace White Wooden Day Bed with Guest Bed Trundle Frame Only - 3ft Single… it looked great on the photos and had great reviews but OMG, the frames edges are as sharp as knives. We should have returned it straightaway but instead kept it as we liked the style and couldn’t find anything similar at the time, but it got from bad to worse. Our little one often banged and cut his legs or arms on the edges and so did we. We had to put the foam bumpers and edge bumpers all around just to be able to use it. We have finally got rid of it, but this has most certainly been the worst and dangerous bed… these beds shouldn’t be allowed anywhere for sale… as for the company, ok customer service, though we also had an issue with mattress as they send us a smaller one… so after waiting for the bed for 3 months(?!?) then we had to wait another 2+ weeks for replacement mattress… I will never buy a bed online again… worst experience ever.

I had to change my order and found the service superb. Caroline (with whom I dealt) was courteous, polite and super efficient. I felt re-assured that I was in a safe pair of hands. Highly recommended and a great customer experience.
Absolutely brilliant service. Happy Beds kept hold of our bed until we moved with no extra cost. Once we informed them of a moving date they provided us with a delivery date as soon to this as possible. Amazing delivery service. The whole experience has been effortless.
Good customer service, I've emailed them yesterday to get the sizes and weights of the packages for the beds I would like to buy for my flat, and Jack emailed me back within a day with all the info needed. I hope once I place the order good service keeps up.
Ordered only the bed frame from Happy Beds and had a mattress from before (brand new) Unfortunately my mattress dipped from the middle unsure if it’s the bed frame or mattress. I have been reassured by Happy Beds it’s the mattress. I have ordered a new mattress directly from Happy Beds. Will provide an update in a few months to see if it was the mattress or the bed frame at fault. Bed frame is beautiful - will change to 5* if mattress does not dip.
After an initial delay in the original delivery date (due to a delay with the manufacturer). Bed was delivered but was missing certain pieces upon assembly. However when the issue was raised the customer service team were prompt in their response and follow up with the manufacturer. The missing parts have now been dispatched and will be with us in 3-5 days. Overall pleased with the product and level of service/support given.
Mattress was just as described arrived within 3 days this is the second time I have purchased from happy beds no problems quick delivery all good

Great order / delivery experience. Arrived on the right day, within the delivery window with a phone call 20 mins in advance so I knew I was the next delivery. The bed was well packed, instructions were clear and although it took 2 people to put together at times the end result looks great, feels solid and has loads of storage space. I couldn't be more pleased.
